Proportionally, the Land Cruiser is considerably bigger than the Mini, presenting a challenge when adapting the motor mechanism. Fortunately, German manufacturer Mercedes-Benz utilized a flexible shaft design for a similar power-operated window system, ultimately proving the concept.

Countless hours of development and refinement resulted in this unique upgrade for the Mini. Available for both RHD and LHD vehicles, the kit is offered in two variants depending on model year. With the introduction of the MPI in late-1996, the C-pillar was redesigned with a raised section to accommodate the mounting point for the 3-point seatbelt. Removal of the rear seats is required regardless of the year. Slight modifications are required to fit.
