    Up until only recently when they were discontinued, miniature car models sat atop of a can of coffee was commonplace throughout Japanese convenience stores. Sold as a promotional 'bonus' item, the vast array of miniature models marketed over the years were available to buy for a limited time only, making them highly collectable. Celebrating the Mini's 50th anniversary, this original 1:43 scale Mini Jack pull back car set was first released on the 2nd of June, 2009, in collaboration with Kirin Fire. The full set consists of 15 new & unopened models: mini saloon, mini van, mini pick-up & the mini traveler, with each model concealed in a small transparent capsule.

Furthermore, visitors to the British Car Festival at Okayama's International circuit on the 14th of June 2009, were presented a display case and the red saloon (no.16). In the following years a white 1275GT (2010) and green mini clubman (2011) were presented to those who completed the parade lap at the end of the event.
