Drawing upon Japan’s extensive automotive expertise, Japanese specialist shops have adopted a more durable metal-bodied alternative manufactured by Japanese conglomerate DENSO. Fitted inline with the heater hose, the heater valve is a direct replacement for the original, complete with a small lever for the heater cable to attach to. Operated in the same manner as the original, the valve can be opened or closed from within the cabin via the heater control knob.
