Blaupunkt CD Player
Blaupunkt, the German manufacturer who provided audio units for BMW, produced a fully digital CD player for the 3-Series in the 90s. Adopted by the Rover Group after BMWs acquisition, the same CD player was used in an array of British cars from Rover, MG and the Mini. A vast improvement on some of the earlier Blaupunkt units, this variant was a robust head unit that came complete with an LED screen.

Identical in appearance, the only difference between all variants appears to be the logo. Found in the limited edition 40th Anniversary LE, the Mini variant has proved especially difficult to source in the last few years, with prices increasing year-on-year. Removed from a low mileage car, this unit is used and in working condition.
